Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Depart Nairobi early and drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, nestled between Mount Kenya and the Aberdares.
Arrive in time for lunch at Sweetwaters Serena Camp or similar.
Afternoon game drive, spotting the Big Five and visiting the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary.
Optional: Visit the Endangered Species Enclosure, home to the last two northern white rhinos.
Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
Day 2: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park
Early morning game drive in Ol Pejeta before breakfast.
Depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, stopping at Thomson’s Falls for scenic views.
Arrive at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge for lunch.
Afternoon game drive, spotting flamingos, rhinos, and Rothschild’s giraffes.
Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge.
Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
Breakfast, then depart for Masai Mara, passing through the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge or similar for lunch.
Afternoon game drive, encountering lions, elephants, and cheetahs.
Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 4: Full Day in Masai Mara
Full-day game drive, exploring the vast plains and tracking the Big Five.
Optional: Hot air balloon safari at sunrise, followed by a champagne breakfast.
Visit a Maasai village to learn about their traditions.
Dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Masai Mara to Nairobi
Early morning game drive, then breakfast.
Depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
